Demopolis’ Duckett Still ‘Having Fun’

Minnesota 2007 Fishing and Shelter Licenses Valid Through April 30

A legislative change effective Aug. 1, 2007 extended the expiration date of 2007 fishing licenses for resident and nonresident anglers through April 30, 2008, according to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Any stamps or tags to harvest particular species also are valid through April 30, 2008.

Remaining Ice-fishing Houses Must be Removed March 5

PIERRE, S.D.—March 5 is moving day in those few areas of South Dakota where the use of permanent ice-fishing houses is still allowed.

Permanent ice-fishing houses must be removed by midnight on March 5 on Deerfield Lake in Pennington County and on lakes in Day, Grant, Marshall and Roberts counties.
